Operation Procedure

• Preparation:

  1.Inspect the Equipment: Ensure the manual stretch film machine is properly installed and connected to the power supply.

  2.Check the Film Roll: Verify that the stretch film roll is intact and undamaged.

• Installing and Preparing the Stretch Film:

  1.Install the Film Roll: Place the new roll of stretch film onto the machine’s spool, making sure the film’s unwind direction is correct.

  2.Adjust Film Tension: Adjust the film tension as needed to ensure the film is neither slack nor over-stretched during wrapping.

• Operating Steps:

  1.Place the Product: Position the item to be wrapped in the machine’s working area.

  2.Unroll the Stretch Film: Pull out an appropriate length of film and attach one end of the film to the product.

  3.Manual Wrapping: Use the handle or other operating device to wrap the film evenly around the product, ensuring a tight and uniform wrap.

  4.Cut the Film: Use the machine’s cutting device to trim off any excess film, ensuring a neat package.

• Inspection and Adjustment:

  1.Check the Seal Quality: Ensure the wrapped film has no bubbles or loose areas.

  2.Adjust Film Tension: If necessary, readjust the film tension to improve the wrapping result.

• Completion:

  1.Remove the Product: Carefully remove the wrapped product.

  2.Prepare for the Next Batch: Place the next product in the machine and get ready to start the next round of wrapping.

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

  1.Clean the Equipment: Regularly wipe down the machine surface with a clean cloth to remove any residual film or dirt.

  2.Inspect and Maintain: Regularly check all machine parts for wear or damage and lubricate or replace any damaged components as needed.
